1. The agreement

By downloading or using Idol Band Manager you accept these terms. This agreement is between you and muzo.dev (Muzaffer Uyar & Hicret Uyar). If you do not accept it, do not use the game.

The game is not designed for children under 13. If you are under 18, use it with your guardian's knowledge.

2. Licence

We grant you a non‑transferable, non‑exclusive, revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for personal and non‑commercial purposes. We are not selling you the game itself; ownership stays with us.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent or distribute the game or any part of it
• Decompile it, reverse engineer it or attempt to defeat its protections
• Automate it: bots, scripts, macros or a modified client
• Place unusual load on the server or exploit security flaws
• Attempt to access another player's account

4. Your account

Your account is tied to an identifier the app generates on your device; there is no email address and no password. That has two consequences, and you should know both up front:

• If you lose or change your device, or delete and reinstall the game, you cannot get back to your account. There is no account transfer at present.
• We cannot recover it for you — we hold no personal detail that would let us match you to an account.

5. In‑game items

In‑game money, artists, clothing, crates and all progress are numbers inside the game. They have no real‑world value; they give you a right of use, not ownership.

• They cannot be sold, traded or transferred for real money
• The transfer market runs on in‑game money only
• If your account closes or you reset your career, all of it is gone and cannot be restored
• If the game is one day shut down, no compensation is payable for them

6. Names and content you write

You write your group's and members' names yourself, and they are public to every player on the leaderboard. The following are not allowed:

• Abuse, profanity, sexual content, hate speech
• Degrading references to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity
• Impersonating someone else's brand, a real person or a real group
• Advertising, links, personal contact details
• Your own personal information — do not put your name, email address or phone number there; everyone can see it

When we see a name that breaks these rules we may remove the account from the leaderboard or close it entirely. You can report a violation to contact@muzo.dev.

7. Fair play

All game progress is calculated on the server. The client cannot write its own score, money or leaderboard position. Even so, if we detect an attempt to cheat we may remove the account from the leaderboard, roll back progress or close the account.

8. Advertising

The game is free and earns from rewarded ads. Watching one is always optional and no part of the game is locked behind an ad. Ad content is chosen by Google AdMob and we do not review it individually. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us.

9. Connection and interruptions

The game needs an internet connection to work. We do not guarantee the server will run without interruption; maintenance, a fault or unexpected load can make the game temporarily unavailable. Data charges are yours.

10. Updates and changes

We keep developing the game. Features may be added, changed or removed, and balance may be adjusted. If we decide to shut the game down entirely, we will announce it here and inside the game a reasonable time in advance.

11. Intellectual property

The game's code, design, character artwork, music, text and branding belong to muzo.dev and are protected by copyright. Beyond the right of use granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

12. Third‑party services

The game uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google's own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for Google's conduct.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is". We give no warranty, express or implied, that it will be free of defects, continuously available, or that it will meet your expectations. Where applicable law does not permit certain warranties to be disclaimed, this section applies to the extent permitted.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, nor for loss of data, loss of an account or loss of in‑game items. The game is free, so you have paid us nothing; our total liability is therefore zero in all cases.

This limit does not cover liability for intent or gross negligence, nor any other liability that the law does not permit to be limited.

15. Termination

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. If you breach these terms we may end your access. Sections 5, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.

16. Additional terms for the Apple App Store

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, the following also applies:

• This agreement is between you and muzo.dev, not Apple. We alone are responsible for the game and its content.
• The licence is limited to use on Apple‑branded devices you own or control, subject to the rules in Apple's Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever. The game is free, so there is no purchase price to refund.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to the game, including product liability, consumer law compliance and intellectual property infringement claims.
• You represent that you will comply with all applicable laws, that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you directly.

17. Additional terms for Google Play

When the game is published on Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service will also apply to the version downloaded there. This agreement remains between you and muzo.dev; Google is not a party.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this section.

19. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the version in force; if a change is material we will also announce it inside the game. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.

20. Severability

If one clause is held invalid, the rest remain in force. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between the parties.
