Your data & deletion
Idol Band Manager · Last updated: 15 September 2026Resetting your career happens inside the game, in one tap: your save and all of your progress are deleted immediately.
To have your account removed entirely, write to contact@muzo.dev. Include your group name — the account is anonymous, so that is the only way we can find it.
1. What is held about you
Your account is anonymous: we do not have your email address, phone number or name. Everything held belongs to the game itself:
- The random identifier generated by your device
- Your group's name, genre, line‑up and their appearances
- Your progress: week, season, money, quests, wardrobe, investments
- Your leaderboard scores and the achievements you have earned
- Your transfer market listings and in‑game money movements
- How many different players have opened your profile
- If the game errored for you: the error message, a shortened stack trace, the screen and the version
Why each one is held is set out one by one in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
2. Seeing your data
Nearly all of the data about you is already inside the game: your line‑up on the Wardrobe and Career screens, your progress on the Home screen, your leaderboard position and achievements on their own tabs.
If you want a copy of the raw record on the server, write to us and we will send it as a machine‑readable file.
3. Resetting your career
Inside the game: Settings → Reset career. It asks for confirmation, because it cannot be undone. When you confirm:
- Your save is deleted — week, season, quests, wardrobe, investments, event history
- Your money and all progress are reset
- The artists in your line‑up are detached from you; you can no longer reach them, reclaim them or take a share of their sales
- Your group drops off the leaderboard
- Your group name is released — someone else may take it
After the reset the game takes you back to the setup screen and you can build a new group from scratch. What remains afterwards is a single empty account row carrying no game data at all.
4. Deleting the account entirely
To have every trace removed, including that empty row, write to contact@muzo.dev. Include your in‑game group name in the email.
Because the account is anonymous, we hold nothing else that would let us match you to it; without the group name we cannot find the right account. Group names are unique, so the name alone is enough.
We delete it within 30 days at the latest of receiving the request and write back to confirm. A deleted record cannot be restored.
What happens when it is deleted
- Your player, save, artist, listing, money ledger and profile view records are deleted
- The link between the error log and your account is cut
- Your group leaves the leaderboard and every other list
Artists you sold to another player on the transfer market are not deleted: they are part of that player's line‑up now and are their data. No link to your account remains.
5. Deleting the app
Removing the app from your phone clears everything on the device (identifier, session key, settings) but does not delete your record on the server. If you want that gone too, reset your career or write to us before you delete the app.
6. Your other rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you have the right to access your data, request its correction, object to its processing and receive a portable copy. All of them go to the same address: contact@muzo.dev.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country — in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
