Children's Privacy

Idol Band Manager · Last updated: 15 September 2026
The short version

The game is not aimed at children, but its content is suitable for all ages: no violence, horror, sexual content or gambling. We collect no name, email address or other personal information from anyone, of any age. The game does show ads, and the group names players type are public — those are the two things parents should know.

1. Age

Idol Band Manager is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

The app is rated as suitable for all ages in the stores: there is no violence, horror, sexual content, drug reference or real‑money gambling in the game. The only rating factor is advertising.

2. We collect no personal data at all

Rules such as COPPA require parental consent before personal data is collected from children. That question never arises here, because we collect personal data from nobody:

The account is tied to a random identifier the app generates on the device. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

3. What parents should know

Group names are public

Players type their group's and members' names themselves, and those names are visible to every other player on the leaderboard. If your child plays, remind them not to put their real name, their school or anything else identifying there. Names that break the rules are removed when reported to us.

Advertising

The game shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob. Watching one is always optional and no part of the game is locked behind an ad. Ad content is chosen by Google, not reviewed by us individually. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us and we will pass it on to be blocked on the AdMob side.

On iOS, declining the tracking permission when it appears turns off ad personalisation, and the game carries on working exactly the same.

Nothing to spend

The game has no in‑app purchases. It is not possible for your child to spend money by accident; there is no payment screen anywhere in the game.

Screen time

The pace is deliberately slow: one in‑game week takes one real hour and energy refills at the same rate. The game is not built to be left open — it is played in short visits a few times a day. You can still set limits with iOS Screen Time.

4. If a child's data has reached us

If you notice that your child has typed personal information into the game — putting their real name in the group name, for example — write to contact@muzo.dev. Just tell us the group name; we will delete the record and write back.
