Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 13, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Muzaffer Uyar and Hicret Uyar, operating together under the trade name muzo.dev ("we", "us", "our"), handle information when you visit muzo.dev or use any of the mobile games we publish on Google Play or the Apple App Store ("Games"), including Battle Bottle.
We try to keep things simple. Our Games do not require an account and we do not ask you to provide personal information directly. The data described below is collected automatically by third‑party services we rely on (advertising, crash reporting, basic analytics).
1. Who we are
muzo.dev is a trade name operated by Muzaffer Uyar and Hicret Uyar, independent software developers based in Türkiye. Our currently published mobile games include Battle Bottle, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. For privacy questions, contact us at contact@muzo.dev.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use one of our Games, third‑party SDKs may collect technical information such as:
- Device model, operating system version, and language
- Approximate region (derived from IP address)
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
- Crash logs and basic gameplay events used to fix bugs
- IP address (used by ad networks and dropped after the request)
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personal information ourselves.
3. Advertising
Our Games are free and supported by ads. We may use mobile ad networks such as Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Depending on your consent and the laws of your region, these networks may serve personalized or non‑personalized ads. They may use device identifiers to limit ad frequency, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
For more details, please review the partner privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity — unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
On iOS, our Games use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework: you choose whether to allow tracking the first time you launch the Game. On Android, you can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time from your system settings.
4. Children
Our Games are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. For any title we publish in Google Play's "Designed for Families" program or Apple's "Kids" category, we configure our advertising and analytics SDKs to serve non‑personalized advertising only and to disable any feature that would not comply with COPPA, GDPR‑K, or other local children's privacy rules. See our Children's Privacy Notice for more.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, the UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because our Games do not have user accounts, we usually cannot identify your data on our side. You can:
- Reset or delete your advertising identifier from your device settings
- Withdraw consent to personalized advertising from inside the Game where applicable
- Contact us at contact@muzo.dev with questions or requests
6. Data retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Third‑party services retain data according to their own policies, which we link to above.
7. International transfers
The third‑party services we rely on may process data in countries other than your own. Their providers are responsible for the legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) used for those transfers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be highlighted in the Game or on muzo.dev.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at contact@muzo.dev.
