Children's Privacy Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to any of our mobile games that may be accessed by children, including Battle Bottle, published by Muzaffer Uyar and Hicret Uyar under the trade name muzo.dev.

1. Audience

Our Games are not designed for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Games in family or kids programs

For any title we publish under Google Play's "Designed for Families" program or Apple's "Kids" category, we configure our advertising and analytics SDKs to:

• Serve non‑personalized advertising only
• Disable behavioral tracking and audience profiling
• Disable any user‑generated content, chat, or social features
• Disable any feature that would be inconsistent with COPPA, GDPR‑K, or other local children's privacy laws

3. Parental rights

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@muzo.dev and we will promptly delete it from our records.
