End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Muzaffer Uyar and Hicret Uyar, operating together under the trade name muzo.dev, for the use of any mobile game distributed by us through Google Play or the Apple App Store, including Battle Bottle ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using a Game, you accept this EULA.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a device you own or control, for personal, non‑commercial entertainment.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Game
• Use cheats, automation, or unauthorized third‑party software to gain an unfair advantage

3. Ownership

The Game and all related assets — including code, graphics, audio, and design — remain the exclusive property of Muzaffer Uyar and Hicret Uyar (muzo.dev) or their licensors. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this EULA.

4. In‑game advertising

Our Games are free and supported by advertising. By using a Game you understand that ads will be displayed by third‑party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of third‑party advertisements.

5. Updates

We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required in order to keep using the Game.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination you must stop using and uninstall the Game.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, muzo.dev's (Muzaffer Uyar & Hicret Uyar) total liability for any claim arising from a Game will not exceed the amount you paid for it. For free Games, this amount is zero.

9. Apple App Store additional terms

If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and muzo.dev only — Apple is not a party. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. This EULA is concluded between you and Muzaffer Uyar & Hicret Uyar (muzo.dev) only. In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Game. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

10. Google Play additional terms

If you obtained the Game from Google Play, this EULA applies in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this EULA.

11. Export controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re‑export laws and regulations when using the Game.
